Access to the Fox River is available at several public parks and preserves; check local regulations regarding permitted fishing areas. A stealthy approach is crucial – these browns are easily spooked in the clear, shallow water. Consider using light tackle and natural-looking presentations like small spinners, nymphs, or even live bait.
