2. Description of Service
FishingCharterFinder is a free directory platform designed to help anglers find and connect with fishing guides and charter services. Guides can create and manage business profiles, share photos, and display their services. Certain premium features may require a paid subscription in the future.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use FishingCharterFinder. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.
5. Listings and Payments
Basic guide listings are free. Premium features may be offered in the future and will be subject to the following:
- Payments are processed through third-party providers
- Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
6. User Content
You retain ownership of photos, videos, text, and other content you upload ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant FishingCharterFinder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Service.
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to access the Service improperly
- Harass, impersonate, or harm other users
- Upload malware or malicious code
- Post false or misleading information about your guide services
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and software associated with FishingCharterFinder are owned by or licensed to Catch Recap LLC and may not be used without permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. FishingCharterFinder does not guarantee the accuracy of guide information, availability, or fishing results. We are not responsible for the actions of guides or anglers who connect through our platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FishingCharterFinder and Catch Recap LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
