Burbot

Burbot are not native to Florida and are unlikely to be found in Florida waters. These regulations are not available.

Hogfish
Season:May 1 – October 31
Bag Limit:1 per person per day
Size Limit:16-inch fork length minimum

Harvest allowed in state waters of the Atlantic and Monroe County. Outside of Monroe County, harvest is prohibited in state waters of the Gulf.

Southern Flounder
Season:December 1 – October 14
Bag Limit:5 per person per day
Size Limit:14-inch minimum total length

Harvest of flounder is prohibited October 15 – November 30.

Spiny Dogfish
Season:Year-round
Bag Limit:No limit
Size Limit:No size limit
