Prohibited to possess or land sailfish in Atlantic coastal waters north of the St. Lucie Inlet.

Yellowtail Snapper
Season:Year-round
Bag Limit:10 per person per day
Size Limit:12-inch total length minimum

Included within the snapper aggregate bag limit of 10 fish per person per day.

Yellowfin Tuna
Season:Year-round
Bag Limit:3 per person or 15 per vessel, whichever is more restrictive
Size Limit:27-inch minimum fork length

Vessels harvesting tuna and other highly migratory species must obtain a federal Highly Migratory Species (HMS) permit.

Red Grouper
Season:Year-round, subject to closures
Bag Limit:2 per person within the 4 grouper aggregate in waters south of 28 degrees 46.1 minutes north latitude (near Tarpon Springs) and 1 per person within the 4 grouper aggregate in waters north of 28 degrees 46.1 minutes north latitude
Size Limit:20-inch minimum
