Tarpon tags are obtained through a lottery or purchase for certain circumstances. There are gear restrictions; use of treble hooks to harvest tarpon is prohibited.

Prohibited to possess or land sailfish in Atlantic coastal waters north of the St. Lucie Inlet.

King Mackerel

Size Limit:24-inch fork length minimum
Mahi Mahi

Bag Limit:5 per person per day or 30 per vessel, whichever is less. Only 2 over 20 inches.
