Bag Limit:1 per day
Size Limit:28-31 inches total length

Anglers must use inline circle hooks when fishing with bait.

Cod
Season:April 1 - April 30 & September 15 - December 31
Bag Limit:1 per day
Size Limit:21-inch minimum

Possession of cod is prohibited from May 1 through September 14.

Tuna
Season:Year-round
Bag Limit:3 per vessel per day for bluefin, yellowfin, bigeye, albacore, and skipjack tuna in aggregate. Additional limits apply to bluefin tuna specifically.
Size Limit:Bluefin Tuna: 73" curved fork length minimum. Consult current regulations for specific size limits as they can change.

Highly migratory species regulations are subject to change. Consult current NMFS regulations for bluefin tuna.

Tautog
Season:April 1 - May 15 & August 1 - December 31
Bag Limit:4 per day
Size Limit:16-inch minimum

Possession of tautog is prohibited from May 16 through July 31.
