Hybrid Striped Bass

Hybrid striped bass, or 'hybrids,' provide excellent fishing action near Cumby, Texas in Cooper Lake. These fish are stocked and known for their aggressive strikes and strong runs. The best time to target them is during the spring and fall when water temperatures are moderate. Look for schooling activity, especially early in the morning or late in the evening.
