Largemouth Bass

Whiting, Kansas, offers some decent Largemouth Bass fishing, particularly in the smaller lakes and ponds scattered around the countryside. While there aren't any massive reservoirs nearby, these smaller bodies of water can hold some surprisingly good-sized bass. Spring and fall are generally the best times to target largemouth, as they are actively feeding in preparation for spawning or winter.
