Largemouth Bass

A practical tip: try fishing the Black River near Carsonville using weedless rigs and Texas-rigged plastics, as there are plenty of submerged logs and vegetation that hold bass. Be mindful of water levels in the river, as they can fluctuate. Local anglers often have success with topwater lures near dawn and dusk.
