The boat launch at Coghlin Park provides easy access to Lake Kalamazoo and the lower Kalamazoo River. Be aware of boat traffic, especially during peak season. Many of the local bass are well-fed and can reach impressive sizes, often exceeding 5 pounds, thanks to the abundant forage.
