Largemouth Bass

Largemouth Bass fishing near Starbuck, Washington, centers around the Touchet River and its associated backwaters and sloughs. This area offers a more intimate fishing experience compared to larger reservoirs. Spring (May-June) is excellent as the bass move into shallow, vegetated areas to spawn. Focus on pockets of open water within the weeds and along submerged timber. Plastic worms, spinnerbaits, and topwater lures can all be effective.
