Northern Pike

Targeting Northern Pike near Hartville, Missouri, presents a unique challenge, as they aren't as common as other species. While not a prime pike destination, some of the larger reservoirs and river systems within a reasonable drive hold populations of these toothy predators. Spring and early fall are the most promising times to target pike, as they become more active in cooler water temperatures.
