O’Neill Jones Chesapeake Bay Deadrise owned and operated by Captain Troy Ruth, a 4th generation captain working the Chesapeake Bay starting at the age of 8 with his grandfather, Captain Hiram Ruth aboard the Ellen-R. Captain Troy currently holds a 50 Ton Master License and the Mallard is a 6 passenger vessel, Captain Troy is also CPR and First Aid certified.
