Largemouth Bass

Vilonia, Arkansas, is a great jumping-off point for some excellent Largemouth Bass fishing. Head to nearby Lake Beaverfork or Lake Conway for your best chances at landing a lunker. Lake Beaverfork offers relatively clear water, so using natural-colored lures can be effective. Lake Conway, on the other hand, has more stained water, so brighter colors may be a better choice. A local tip: Pay attention to the mayfly hatch on Lake Conway in the spring, as this can trigger a feeding frenzy.
