Northern Pike

Targeting Northern Pike near Coopersville, Michigan requires some exploration, as the area isn't famed for trophy pike like more northern regions. However, several smaller lakes and connecting waterways can hold decent populations of these ambush predators. Focus your efforts in the spring, just after ice-out, and again in the fall when water temperatures cool. Pike will often be found near weed beds and submerged structure.
