Northern Pike

If you're chasing Northern Pike near Dixmoor, Illinois, the Little Calumet River and its associated sloughs offer some surprisingly good opportunities. This area isn't known for trophy-sized pike, but it holds a healthy population of smaller to mid-sized fish, making it a great place to hone your skills.
